The Premier League offers up an interesting encounter at Saturday lunch-time, as Norwich and Manchester United come face-to-face. The stakes are high, as the home side is still battling fiercely against relegation. On the other hand, Manchester United have their sites firmly set on Manchester City and 4th place. Even fifth place isn't a given for the Red Devils, as West Ham and Southampton are breathing down their necks.

Both teams have three games to play in the league this season. Norwich are currently second-to-last a point behind Sunderland and two behind Newcastle. However, they do have a game in hand on Newcastle, so their still in with a reasonable chance of claiming safety. To achieve that though they need to pick up a point here, preferably three.

United have lost only once in their last five matches in all competitions. Last weekend they were held to a 1-1 draw by champions Leicester. Louis van Gaal's men will surely want to end their season on a high by leapfrogging Manchester City to the last Champions League spot.

Norwich have lost three on the trot, but they did manage to beat United 2-1 in the last meeting between the two sides. This will boost the Canaries confidence ahead of Saturday. Norwich do have home advantage, but in terms of pure quality the visitors are a class above.

Although Norwich will undoubtedly give it their all, United have only been defeated by Tottenham in their last ten. The odds for an away win are more than playable.

Crystal Palace have had a peculiar season. In the FA Cup the Eagles have been unstopabble and reached the final, while in the league everything that could've gone wrong has. They haven't even guaranteed safety yet, which means they have to go for a win. Although the distance to the chasing pack is relatively large, only a victory on Saturday would secure their Premier League status for next season.

Stoke have nothing to play for in the remainder of the season, which has been reflected on the scoreboard in recent weeks. The last five matches have brought only two points. Palace meanwhile have grabbed a win and two draws in their last five, but as the FA Cup semi-final victory against Watford showed, the Eagles are capable of better things when properly motivated.

Home advantage combined with the difference in motivation mean that the hosts are clear favourites on Saturday. The odds for a home win are dropping fast, so you should take advantage of them while you still can!
